For those who need to do some last minute NYE outfit shopping, simply take a one-stop shopping trip to Forever 21. I selected F21, a contemporary, budget-friendly fashion superstore, and picked some top items to either create or add the finishing touch to a perfect NYE outfit. I've gone through all items online and here are some of my favorites. Some of the accessories are so irresistable that I had to order some for myself...
