New Years attire does not, by any means, require micro-mini sequin dresses and sky high platforms. Here are three eye-catching and appropriate NYE outfits I put together that will make you stand out from the crowd. We don't have to sacrifice any sparkle in the NYE outfit refining process. Sequins, obviously, are still a must, but they can be worn in different ways, such as a pair of bomb lips on a sweater.
